AAHFN Group Registration

AAHFN is pleased to offer a special discount to groups of three (3) or more AAHFN members attending from the same institution. Additionally, groups with six (6) or more will receive one (1) complimentary registration.

Step 2: Each attendee is required to submit a completed registration form.

While we prefer to receive the registration forms all at once, we understand that this is not always
possible. As long as we have your cover sheet on file, we will be able to track your group.

Notes: Each attendee will be responsible for picking up their own registration materials at the meeting. Should group attendance fall below three (3) attendees, current registrations fees will apply. Industry registrants and exhibitors are not edible for the group registration discount.
